Delete Your Account

We're sorry to see you go. Here is how you can delete your Mega Music account.

Important Notice

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted:

  • All your created playlists will be permanently removed.
  • Your listening history and preferences will be wiped.
  • Your subscription (if any) will be cancelled immediately.
  • You will lose access to all downloaded offline content.

Steps to Delete Account

Open the App

Launch the Mega Music application on your mobile device (Android or iOS).

Go to Settings

Tap on your profile icon and select the "Settings" gear icon.

Account Section

Scroll down to the "Account" section and tap on "Security & Privacy".

Delete Account

Tap on the "Delete Account" button. You will be asked to confirm your choice by entering your password or through biometric verification.

Data Removal Request

Alternatively, you can request account deletion by emailing us at support@megamusic.app with the subject "Account Deletion Request". Please include your registered email address and username. We will process your request within 7 business days.
